When you subscribe to DrawQuit products, you'll receive automatic deliveries at the frequency you choose at checkout (typically monthly). Your payment method is stored securely and charged automatically at the selected interval. Once charged, we process and ship your order immediately with free priority shipping — our way of thanking you for being a loyal subscriber.

Cancelling Your Subscription

We believe cancellation should be simple. You can cancel your DrawQuit subscription at any time, with no fees, no conditions, and no hassle.

How to cancel:

• Log in to your customer portal using your email address
• Go to your active subscriptions and cancel — it's that simple

Important note: To ensure uninterrupted service, we prepare and ship subscription orders in advance. Please cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.

What Happens When You Cancel

• No cancellation fees
• Your subscription stops immediately after any shipment already in progress
• You keep all products already received
• Your account stays active, so you can easily resubscribe anytime
