We're confident DrawQuit works, and we back that with a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first order. If it's not the right fit for you, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund — even if you've already opened and used the product.
To be eligible under this guarantee:
- This applies to your first order only.
- The refund request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Once your request is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Returns on Subsequent Orders
For any order after your first, returns are accepted under our standard policy:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise required by law.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
